What We Need From You

Scope of work (SOW) — What's being done at the site — the specific service(s) from erection through compound build-out, maintenance or storm response.
Method of procedure (MOP) — If the carrier or tower owner has a required procedure for the work, we build our crew's execution plan to it rather than running our own in parallel.
Site access details — Landlord/tenant access requirements, gate codes or escort needs, and any site-specific access restrictions or hours.
Notice to proceed (NTP) timing — When the scope is actually cleared to start — this is what we schedule mobilization against.
Drawings and RF data sheets — Structural drawings for erection/foundation work, mount drawings and RF data sheets (azimuth, downtilt, mounting height) for antenna and equipment work.

Crew roster with certifications — Named crew assigned to your site, with OSHA, climber/rescue (Z359), rigging (A10.48), RF awareness and CPR certifications on file — not a generic company-wide claim.
Certificate of insurance — COI with additional insured status and waiver of subrogation available on request, covering our general liability, umbrella, workers' comp and commercial auto coverage.
Site-specific JSA — A job safety analysis built for your site's actual conditions before any climb — not a generic company safety manual.
Rigging plan — ANSI/ASSP A10.48 rigging plan for any lift beyond basic hand-carried material, available for review before the lift.
Daily progress reports — Updates during active work so you're not waiting until completion to know where the job stands.
Photo-documented closeout package — Photos tied to specific completed work, as-built records, torque/test logs where applicable, and a clear scope sign-off.

From Scope to Closeout

Scope & Documents

We receive the construction package — drawings, RFDS and material list — confirm scope, schedule and material release with your PM.

Site Walk

A pre-construction site walk to verify existing conditions, access, mounts and equipment before mobilization.

Mobilize & Build

We assign the crew, pick up material from the warehouse and build the site to carrier specs and standards, following our safety procedures on every job.

Closeout

Photo documentation, as-builts and closeout package delivered for sign-off on every completed site.

Billing & Terms

We invoice against completed scope or agreed milestones. Net payment terms are available for qualified GCs and tower owners — ask when we quote your scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need a signed NTP before you'll quote, or just to mobilize?

We can quote off a SOW and drawings without a signed NTP — NTP is what we schedule actual mobilization against, not what we need to give you a number.

Can you work without a formal MOP if our scope doesn't require one?

Yes — a MOP is standard for carrier-governed work, but plenty of scopes (storm response, tower owner-direct maintenance) run on our standard safety program and JSA process instead.

What if we don't have RF data sheets ready yet for an antenna job?

We can do a preliminary quote off a general scope description, but we'll need the RF data sheet before mobilization — installing antenna position without it isn't something we'll do.

How does billing and Net terms work?

We invoice against completed scope or agreed milestones, and Net terms are available for qualified GCs and tower owners — we'll walk through specifics when we quote your scope.
