Overview
A small state with big variety, Maryland packs dense Baltimore and DC-suburb sites, flat Chesapeake shoreline and mountain terrain in Garrett and Allegany counties into a short drive. Our work there is mostly equipment upgrades on established sites, with rural builds filling coverage gaps.
Climate & Seasonal Conditions
The Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic coast bring tropical storm and nor'easter exposure, with tidal flooding on low Eastern Shore sites. Summer thunderstorms, including damaging straight-line wind events, move across the mid-Atlantic. Western Maryland sits in the Appalachians, where winter snow and ice arrive earlier and stay longer than around the bay.
Typical Work in Maryland
- Antenna and 5G equipment upgrades around Baltimore, Annapolis and the Washington suburbs
- Full-sector swap and modification work, with recent examples are shown on our Projects page
- Storm and tidal-flood assessment on low Chesapeake and Eastern Shore sites
- Winter access and icing checks on mountain sites in western Maryland
- Compound and fencing work with site-specific local access and zoning constraints
