If you hold the master agreement and need a tower crew you can drop into a scope, that is the job we do. We take the SOW, run the climb, the pour and the closeout, and hand back the paperwork your PM needs. Bases in Philadelphia PA, Florida and Colorado; crews deployable in all 50 states.

Who We Work For

Most of our work is subcontract work. A turf vendor or general contractor holds the program with the carrier or tower owner, and we are the crew that climbs, bolts, pours and wires inside that program. We have worked on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon sites, and we support carrier programs through turf vendors and GCs, not around them.

Small and mid-size by design: you deal with the people who quote the job and the people who run it. Kelvan Group Inc. has been active since 2019 with 1,000+ sites completed.

What We Can Send

  • Certificate of insurance (COI) with additional insured status and waiver of subrogation on request
  • Insurance on file: general liability $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, $10M umbrella/excess, workers' compensation, commercial auto
  • Crew roster with certifications: OSHA-30 leads, OSHA-10 on every crew member, Z359 climber and rescue, A10.48 riggers and signal persons, FCC OET-65 RF awareness, First Aid/CPR/AED
  • Site-specific JSA and rescue plan before any climb; A10.48 rigging plan for lifts that need one
  • Daily progress reports and a photo-documented closeout package with as-builts

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work for turf vendors, or only direct for GCs and tower owners?
Turf vendors are the core of how we work. We plug into the vendor's MOP, schedule and reporting format and deliver the closeout package the vendor needs to turn the site over to the carrier.
What states do you cover?
Bases are in Pennsylvania, Florida and Colorado, and we deploy crews to all 50 states. Distance from the nearest base affects mobilization, which we confirm when we quote.
What can you send us for vendor onboarding?
COI with additional insured and waiver of subrogation, crew certifications, JSA and rigging plan samples, our company data and capability statement. See the vendor onboarding page for the current packet.
Can you add us to our onboarding portal or do we have to use yours?
Send us your onboarding link or form and we complete it. If your program requires a specific third-party prequalification platform, tell us which one and we will confirm status when we reply.
Do you do fiber, underground or DAS work?
No. We focus on towers, top and bottom: erection, antenna and equipment, decommissioning, foundations, compound, inspection and storm response.
